Location: Woodstock, Cape Town
Salary: R240k – R300k per annum

About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulously organized and detail-oriented Production and Finance Administrator who has a special blend of organisational, administrative and people skills to add to our wonderful team. You will work on everything costing and administration related within a wide variety of brands including global premium spirits, South African wines, automotive, interior décor and homeware, a hotel group, a school of design thinking and other exciting new projects.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years relevant advertising/design agency experience
Have a solid understanding of all aspects of costing and accounting processes within the advertising and/or design agency context, preferably with a minimum of 2 years in the industry
Be collaborative, innovative, and flexible across multiple projects
Be self-motivated, calmly confident and able to make decisions on your own
Love working both independently and in a team
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, and an excellent command of English
Have strong organizational and project management skills
Be proficient in Chase, Asana and Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have an administration or accounting-related tertiary qualification

Duties:
Work closely with the production and finance team, handling the administration of the costing, supplier management, purchase order and client billing process
Understand the requirements and processes of creative/production-based projects and be responsible for the costing administration role in their implementation
Have insight and advertising/design agency experience with regards to project and resource costing and invoicing
Provide general administrative assistance such as the organisation of client and team events and meetings, remote working operational aspects, IT organisation and company ‘happiness’-related projects
Apply detailed attention to multiple active projects at any given time
Scrupulously maintain confidentiality with project and business information
Maintain a positive, motivated, focussed and calm ‘can-do’ problem-solving approach
Display a track record of expertise and proficiency in the above
Be super-efficient, highly organised and committed to being trusted with tasks requiring meticulous detail and discernment
