About the Role:
The ideal candidate needs to have experience in a variety of analytical platforms and presenting them in a meaningful way. They should have a broad understanding of website and social media analytics tools, social media platforms, excellent analytical skills, and knowledge of website content publishing.
Relevant tertiary qualification - degree in Digital Communications or Analytics
5+ years website and social analytics experience
Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, understandable terms.
High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases.
Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Fanpage Karma, Amplitide, Supermetrics, YouTube analytics, PowerBI a requirement.
A good understanding of SEO and digital marketing practices
Be familiar with digital content creation and publishing for online or social media platforms
Understanding of cross-platform digital trends and technology
Passion for online and social media trends, innovation and conceptual ideas, with the need to know what makes digital content sucessful
Experience with social media and website content management tools, as well as digital reporting tools required.
Creating regular reports on digital platform performance - includes monthly overview reports for each channel, regular show reports, as well as ad hoc strategic insight reports
Give insights based on analytical data and work on a strategy to implement learnings
Provide analytical insights based on the interpretation of the statistics, and helping teams or clients understand relevant data.
Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts
Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
Platform management across tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Fanpage Karma, Amplitide, Supermetrics, YouTube analytics, PowerBI
Supplying interactive media metrics research, analysis and reporting through Google Data Studio and above-mentioned tools
An eye for aesthetics preparing visually pleasing easy to read presentations for clients
