About the Role:
Reports to the Regional Country Team Lead, the Senior Paid Media Manager will be spending our client’s digital budgets wisely within the Paid Search environment.

Requirements:
3 - 4 years’ experience working as a Senior Paid Media Manager
Experience in running, implementing & managing Google Ads campaigns (Yahoo, Bing)
Experience in implementing & managing Shopping campaigns
GMP Stack knowledge / experience (in particular SA360)
Knowledge of PPC Search best practises and optimisation techniques - bid strategies
Completed Search / Display Google certifications
Completed Google Shopping Certification
Experience in management of digital accounts with a ROI focus
Experience with Google Analytics and how to implement & interpret data
Must have the ability to understand and interpret and execute on the strategy
Ability to analyse campaigns & implement strategy based on findings
Ability to conduct post-campaign analysis and to present that to country teams / client
Strong Excel experience using pivot tables and web queries advantageous
Advantageous:
Experience working in a Media Agency and PPC/Google Ads/Search
Experience within Doubleclick Campaign Manager (DCM)
Experience with working in a SSP or exchanges
Experience on GTM / tag implementation
Completed Google Analytics Certification
Experience with Datorama / DataStudio
Experience with DV360, Facebook and Campaign Manager

Duties:
Implement and optimise search advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Responsible for campaign optimisation, analysis and reporting and also act as a technical contact between account managers, clients and fellow media managers.
Communicate effectively and manage internal and external client expectations, ensuring
that client goals & ROI’s are met.
Media Managers will be allocated to a specific market and manage a portfolio of clients / one
large client & campaigns.
Set the example for the team, going above & beyond the role of "Media Manager" in guiding, coaching and assisting fellow Media Managers and support to the Team Lead.
Step in when their Team Lead is not available & help junior team members.
Works closely with internal country consultants on strategic digital strategies
Closely interacts with international Consultancy and Account Management teams
Works with a team of media managers and delivery management
Collaborate with supporting teams such as ad copy, analytics and measurement
