Administrator – Retail Store

Location: Plettenberg Bay, Garden Route

Requirements:
Matric, with maths
1+ years’ experience within the Retail Industry, experience in the Medical Industry a plus
MS Office – Word, Excel
Professional with excellent client liaison communication skills
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
Ability to work in a team
Able to multitask and work under pressure

Duties:
Greeting patients
Answering phones
Handling and responding to correspondence
Maintaining patient records
Obtaining optical benefits from medical aids and calculating portions that patients have to
pay
Submitting quotes and invoices to Medical Aid
Scheduling appointments
Assisting with vision tests
Assisting with selection of frames
Dispensing glasses (patients collecting glasses)
Doing spectacle repairs
Filing and drawing files
Taking payments from patients
