Sales Executive

Location: Randburg, JHB
Salary: R25k – R40k per month basic plus commission

3+ years B2B sales experience
Occupational Health sales experience essential

Business Development Management
Pipeline management and coordination
Lead generation
Preparation of collateral and sales material
Market segmentation, identification of target market segments, positioning and pricing strategies
Tender identification, selection, preparation and submission
Product/service packaging and pricing
Strategic client interaction
Selection and deployment of appropriate software solutions
Monitoring and Evaluation
Sales and Business Development
Fill the role of “player/manager” and actively be involved in your own sales and sales processes
Interaction and alignment with the Marketing and Account Management departments specifically within the account management team, the upsell and cross-sell of services in to the existing client base in collaboration with the account management team
Strategic engagement with partners and distribution channels as well as the identification thereof
Product development – through identifying opportunities within the market, you will be involved in the development of new products and services
General Management
You will form part of the management of the business and will contribute to strategic development, and implementation
Dashboarding and reporting
Your will be responsible for the business development department and all aspects of management related to this – performance optimisation, training, motivation, labour relations, recruitment etc
