Degree in Computer Science
More than 5 years’ experience in content management and website development.
Must have experience in running digital campaigns.
Must be tech savvy and have a keen interest in the world of finance and investor/shareholder communications.
Experience across various digital channels, including website design and app development as well as display, video, search, email, social and mobile.
HTML, HTML5, HTML forms and form validation, HTML offline storage
CSS / CSS3 / CSS pre-processors (LESS/SASS) / CSS animation, CSS frameworks
Javascript and object oriented Javascript, Javascript libraries (jQuery, backbone, angular)
Ajax / XML / JSON
CMS systems (Wordpress)
Building templates for common CMS systems
Photoshop / Illustrator, Web fonts and font kits
Advanced PHP and ASP to filter, process and output html, json or xml Skills required
Integration to third-party web services / API’s
Responsive and mobile templates, Email and responsive email development
Building templates and adapting front-end for common CMS systems
Interactive content (tables, graphs, video, audio, animation)
Website performance optimisation
Accessibility and usability aspects (UX)
Debugging and testing cross-browser, cross-platform and cross-device

Overseeing all content creation activities for various websites as well as other marketing collateral.
Design, develop and manage the digital product strategic roadmap
Translate customer interaction and engagement opportunities into executable business requirements
Manage the digital lifecycle; from concept, throughout the build and test phases, until launch and maintenance.
Keeping up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities of competitor websites.
Repurposing content for different mediums including social media and video.
Define a transformational roadmap, build and execute the digital growth strategy – recognises, articulates and executes the opportunity to improve and enhance internal digital operational efficiencies by implementation of streamlined digital technologies within the department and inter-department connectivity and support.
Manage the outcomes of the Customer Experience Index (CEI) relating to digital projects within the department.
Manage the outcomes of the financial accounts within the department.
