Sales Executive – Corporate

Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape
Salary: R30k per month

About the Role:
To identify corporate sales opportunities by detecting prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. Selling product offerings by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Arts
3 years’ Sales experience in an Academic/Insurance/Financial organisation
A proven sales success record
Have a good technical knowledge in Education Entrepreneurship, Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in Finance and Insurance
Have a good knowledge of the local markets interest in financial qualifications and training
FSCA Regulatory knowledge – Board Notice 194
Proof of RE1 (Advantageous) and RE5 (Essential)
Able to travel extensively
Computer literate: proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet and data entry
Good social and corporate network in SA

Deliver on all the national B2B activities
Define budget, forecast and business planning
Develop a strong partnership with top financial and insurance companies
Collect and organise all feedback from the market in terms of competition, opportunities and trends
Development of Sales and Customer service strategies and procedures
In control of reporting and sales reports
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and risk controls
Achieve set Sales and customer service targets in order to achieve service level standards
Management of relationships and SLA’s
Ensure performance management is carried out correctly and regularly
Seek for continuous improvement in business processes, products and technology
