About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a detail-oriented and analytical accountant to join a dynamic private office team supporting multi-entity financial operations and family estates. This role blends operational accounting with strategic reporting and governance responsibilities across a diverse portfolio of entities. You would be managing multi-entity financial operations, reporting, and governance in a high-trust private office setting. Ideal for candidates with 2+ years post-qualification, Sage 300 & Microsoft Dynamics experience, and strong reconciliation and tax skills. On-site role with occasional estate travel.
Requirements:
Relevant Tertiary Qualification
2+ years post-qualification experience
Strong in reconciliations, tax, and multi-entity accounting environments
Proficient in Sage 300 & Microsoft Dynamics
Comfortable working in a lean, high-expectation finance team
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and confidentiality
Adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and perform in-depth expense reviews across regions
Lead cashbook processing, bank reconciliations, and trial balance prep
Handle monthly/quarterly management accounts, forecasts, and cash flow analysis
Perform tax calculations and prepare schedules for family structures
Support audits, board pack preparation, and regulatory submissions
Oversee payroll inputs, fixed asset registers, and interest schedules
