About the Role:
As Executive: Commercial, you’ll lead the development and execution of a growth-driven commercial strategy across all business units, products, and customer channels (B2B and B2C). You’ll be accountable for unlocking new revenue streams, developing strategic partnerships, and optimising the performance of sales and customer service teams nationwide. This is a role that combines commercial vision with people, performance, and innovation as well as the opportunity to lead transformation and redefine growth for the business.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
8 - 10+ years of sales and commercial leadership experience.
Proven success in growing business units and driving top-line performance.
Strong background in customer service, loyalty, and client relationship strategies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive influencing skills.
Ability to think commercially and execute tactically — balancing growth with sustainability.
Deep understanding of CRM, customer journey design, and service excellence.
Strong analytical mindset with data-led decision-making ability.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement revenue-driving commercial strategies across multiple channels.
Direct and optimise sales, customer service, marketing, and communications alignment.
Expand market presence and identify new business and partnership opportunities.
Oversee commercial performance, customer retention, and satisfaction metrics.
Partner with Marketing to drive brand alignment and campaign effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional teams to meet sales and service targets.
Present and engage at executive and board level.
Represent the business externally at events and key industry forums.
Commercial strategy that delivers measurable growth and new market penetration.
A high-performance sales culture aligned with strategic goals.
Strengthened relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
