Location: Paarden Eiland, Cape Town
Salary: R20k – R25k per month
Matric and relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
3+ years’ experience as an Operations Manager
Controls and coordinates customer quality related issues pertaining to the services function.
Ensures the effective addressing of customer complaints both technically and financially.
Ensures the effective closure of Customer complaints for ongoing/future customer relationships.
Negotiates service contracts with customers.
Manages and drives the service team to achieve high quality standards and operational goals.
Focuses on technical improvements and reducing costs in the operational processes
Ensures that staff is optimally trained, well informed of updates in the field and knowledgeable on the product offering of the Company
Acts as Technical Advisor to the respective services departments in South Africa to ensure a cohesive approach to quality service is in place.
Provides Management with effectively reporting, budgeting, forecasting of service facilities, and warehousing.

Service Planning, Execution follow ups (Globally)
Follow up on outstanding accounts
Request for PO’s
Receiving of equipment for service
Releasing of equipment for service
Sourcing of service providers if needed
