IT Support Analyst – French Speaking

About the Role:
Opportunity available for an IT Support based at the Head office in Pretoria. This position is to support our growing global client base in security, risk and compliance; which includes travel to various countries, solution implementation and key account support.
Requirements:
Fluent in French
Available to travel abroad
Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
Relevant Degree or Post Graduate Degree will be beneficial
Information Technology experience
High level of computer literacy with proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Quick learner on software applications
Excellent Communication and client relations skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to collect, organize, and evaluate data and develop logical conclusions.
Ability to maintain work related records and prepare reports.
Ability to handle confidential and secret information.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Ability to work effectively with others.
Responsibilities:
Provide functional and technical support to the Client and its respective users to ensure the applications function and are utilised as intended.
Manage and maintain client service level agreement and output expectations.
Facilitate and present training to clients and users when required on the use and optimisation of the respective applications and solution.
Implement the respective client applications (Signal Tower, CiiMS Lite and CiiMS Professional, CiiMS GO) in various client environments.
Conduct routine system administration to ensure the applications are running and functioning optimally and stay current in addressing client requirements.
Keep effective up to date record of project plans, deliverables, risks, dependencies, timelines and roles on Business Link and other company platforms.
